1. Purpose of the App

The App allows users to list, trade, give away, or arrange to buy and sell items with other users. All exchanges, trades, and transactions are handled outside of the App, and the App does not process payments or shipments.

2. User Responsibilities

By using this App, you agree to:

Provide accurate, honest, and legal information

Follow your local laws and regulations

Take full responsibility for any items you give, trade, or sell

Handle your own taxes and income reporting

Use good judgment when meeting or communicating with others

3. Food and Edibles

Users may list edible or homemade items. However:

You are responsible for ensuring any food you give, trade, or sell is safe, properly stored, and labeled with relevant allergy or safety information.

The App does not inspect or verify food safety, ingredients, or preparation.

Anyone consuming or accepting food listed on this app does so at their own risk.

4. Prohibited Items

You may not list:

Illegal items

Weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials

Prescription or controlled substances

Stolen or counterfeit goods

Perishable items in unsafe condition

We reserve the right to remove any listings or ban users who violate these terms.

5. Transactions & Payments

All item exchanges or transactions happen outside of the App. We do not:

Collect or process money

Facilitate delivery or meetups

Guarantee or mediate exchanges

You are responsible for making sure your trades and sales are fair, safe, and legal.

6. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

Disputes between users

Injuries, illness, or damages caused by items exchanged

Missed or failed transactions

Legal or financial consequences of your activity on the App

Use the App at your own risk.

7. Account Termination

We may remove accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to others.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you agree to the updated version.
